Graphic Design is not just making things look pretty (although I love making things pretty). It is about bringing functionality, practicality, and purpose to the visuals in our life. The beauty of design comes secondary in my style.
About me!
Hi! I’m Seth McCann, and I love graphic design almost as much as I love skiing and the mountains! My graphic design style is function over form… but since I’m a perfectionist I strive to make everything about my designs beautiful and purposeful.
Layout Design
Layout is perhaps the toughest medium to conquer in graphic design. Not only does the design have to be beautiful and grab the viewer’s attention, but it also by nature must be appealing and fit all the nuances of legibility and compactness.
This project was a challenge of creating a dual-spread, bleed booklet for personal favorite recipes!
The challenge was being able to make a beautiful, sophisticated layout from a more childish subject matter
I made this brochure for National Mill Dog Rescue. NMDR’s mission is to rescue abused commercially bred dogs.
